Sometimes you just get Lucky! This happened to me when I called on a listing and Crystal answered the phone. Right out of the gate I could tell that this buying experience would be great! She seemed to know more about the listing than a typical agent would. Crystal was able to answer all of my questions right away on the phone. She never had to say "I'll find out and get back to you." When buying or selling real estate, you often get the feeling that the agent seems bothered by helping you purchase (or sell) a property. Crystal never made me feel this way. In fact, she seemed to go out of her way to help me with every aspect of the transaction. She assisted me by opening up her extensive contact list of inspectors, appraisers, and closing agents and even handled the scheduling for me. Once the schedules were set, she would text or email me the details so I had it in writing to help remind me of when each action would be performed. I really didn’t do much at all. Crystal was able to handle everything on my behalf. Most people you meet are really nice when things are going great. I am a true believer that you can tell more about a person when things don’t go as planned. How they react to an adverse situation better defines the caliber of person they are. We did hit a bump in the road that was unplanned, and not the fault of the buyer, the seller, or the agent. Crystal was compassionate, understanding and stuck with it until the situation resolved. Any other agent would have shrugged their shoulders and given up. Crystal’s accuracy, attention to detail, excellent communication and overall philosophy really made an impression on me. I can honestly say that I have never had such a pleasant home buying experience. I will be contacting her again soon to list another property for me. I am so excited and can’t wait to work with her again!
We recently had Crystal list and sell our home in Ocala. I am a home inspector and am around Realtors all the time. We are from out of state and did not know any Realtors in Ocala. I interviewed four of them and picked Crystal. I made a GREAT choice. I had suggested listing prices from $315,000 to $395,000. I didn't pick her because she had the highest estimated selling value, but I was comfortable with how she arrived at her numbers. She had obviously put in a considerable amount of work to present to us. She sold it in about 3 days at the price we wanted. Along the way she stopped over to the house several times to check on things. She even took our garbage cans back in for us when we had to leave town. She had a chirping smoke detector battery changed that she discovered on one of her trips to the house. The photos were very professional as was the entire listing. The bottom line is if you are looking to buy or sell in the Ocala area, you can't do better than Crystal Roldan!!
