My boyfriend and I were planning to buy our own home for the past few years now. We have 5 kids and would like to settle on our house that we can call our home. We stumbled upon Crystal because we've known her for a long time now. It was good timing because she told me that she's also doing real estate as one of her career now. Without hesitation we let her know of our interest in owning one. I asked her a lot of questions since this was my first time. She explained to me what are the steps, the time frame, and the options that are out there, and what to expect. She told me that she was co-branded with a loan officer and will forward my contact info to him. The following weekend, we met the loan officer and proceed with the pre-approval. I think all people had been here. Part of buying a home is putting the requirements altogether. We managed to provide everything. It was a waiting game close to the end. Let's just say that there were kinks along the way which I think is part of the experience. Somehow we managed to finish everything in a short span of time (not even 2 months). Crystal was knowledgeable, very helpful, and always there when we have questions. She was also there to listen to my complaints about the bank which handled our loan, this and that. She helped us every step of the way and didn't stop until we finally closed. We thank her for everything. We love our new home and our children love it. I would definitely recommend her.

Crystal was amazing!. This was the first home I've sold and I was nervous but Crystal was very patient and thorough. She was reachable at all times to answer any questions I had. I always felt very informed throughout the entire home selling process. After she sold my home I then again needed Crystal's services to purchase a new one. Crystal found me the perfect home exactly what I was looking for. She was informed that multiple offers were received even above the asking price but, she negotiated our offer with the other agent regularly to ensure that our offer was a better deal than others and it worked!!!! Next thing we know we are already opening escrow! I love my new home and I couldn’t be more grateful to Crystal for all the work that she has done!
