It was a learning journey!
Crystal, you got it done! You held an initial open house, then you networked with other Realtors to bring in potential buyers. You talked with me, and trusting your knowledge we strategized, got creative, and came up with a plan! Crystal you stayed positive, and you kept on grinding! You continued to negotiate between myself, the homeowner, the buyer, and his agent until we made a deal! It was awesome to see the sign in the yard that read in bold letters SOLD!
