Crystal walked me through the entire process of selling. She is knowledgeable of the comps in my area and we settled on a great selling price. My home sold easily on the first weekend of open house day (technically on Monday) I am happy and so is the buyer. She also was helpful in helping with the inspection set up process, and provided me with Handyman Services available to help me out. I have to say that Crystal always responded to my texts or phone calls right away. I never had to wait. Professional service and very pleasant to work with.
