On a whim, while visiting the area, I got in contact with Crystal through an online real estate company. She made herself available to show me the condo we ended up buying in Pompano Beach. At first I thought she was young and inexperienced and I questioned her ability to meet our needs…..I was wrong. She put together a comprehensive offer package to the seller and their agent, that was below asking price which was accepted . Since we were absent buyers (lived elsewhere) Crystal agreed to have a host of contractors and installers view the unit to provide us with estimates and inspections on her free time. The closing was difficult, at best, yet she stayed on top of things and in touch with us every step of the way. We’ve purchased many properties over the past two decades, given the difficulties of this purchase, Crystal by far exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to close this deal. She was a delight to work with and we highly recommend her professionally. 5 stars!!

Amazing from start to finish. Her will and connection to her job really made a great purchase possible for me, I felt very much informed and comfortable the entire process which as a first time buyer can be overwhelming. Because of Crystal I was able to move forward through my transaction with ease and confidence, the entire process on my end felt effortless, anything that needed to be done or was required of me Crystal kept me on track, on time and organized . Once the property was found she worked diligently to get me to the closing table on time. What really stands out to me is how personally and emotionally invested she can be with her job, she truly wants you to be happy and in a quality property. A strong sense of care can be felt the entire process, even after closing she remains someone I can contact for any questions or futher advise needed. never shy's away from a phone call or challenge.
