Crystal is amazing! So incredibly friendly and detailed oriented. She follows through with communication, makes herself available, gives updates with every step of the buying process and made us feel very at ease. Crystal went above and beyond after the sale,as our hot water heater wasn't working, communicating with the seller to fix the issue.
