Crystal is a true buyer's advocate! I entered into a contract on a condo in Birmingham sight unseen (I live out of town), and Crystal was kind enough to visit my properties of interest within hours of inquiry, give me honest feedback on their conditions and location, negotiate escrow agreements for items she felt would or could need repair (hard wood floors, plumbing), and negotiate details I never would have considered. She also provided me information on local contractors, furniture dealers and was an all around nice person to interact with. She also filed my property transfer with the City of Birmingham (which had to be done in person). I would use Crystal for future transactions and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase property in the Woodward corridor.
