Crystal is extremely prompt and responsive to issues. After our first contact she got the ball rolling on the sale of my parents house in Florida. She determined a good price and listed the property on a Friday and by Sunday we had three good offers. I decided to accept the one that she felt was the best and gave me the reasons why I should take the offer. Whenever I had a concern she promptly responded and this was extremely valuable as I live in Wisconsin and all our contacts were by phone or text. Crystal went above and beyond to get my property closed. She went out of her way to take care of my vehicle as I flew out of state, went to bat for me with buyer issues and checked on my property while I was away to make sure all was ok.
