Crystal Bannar is really knowledgeable, not just about the area, but about the process. We had a complicated sale with a small window for closing, and while our bank often dropped the ball, Crystal was meticulous about anticipating paperwork for the closing. I rarely write reviews thus the delay in writing this one, but I feel compelled to do so regarding the excellent service I received by Crystal Bannar during my search for a retirement home. I have had experiences with other Realtors in the past, but none exceeded my expectations as Crystal did. First, she really listened to what key criteria I wanted in a place and then provided properties meeting that criteria to view. That’s rare, as some Realtors will push properties for a quick sale knowing that it doesn’t meet those basic needs. Second, if anything was not listed as advertised, she provided me honest feedback even if contrary to making a sale. I can’t tell you how much that honesty and trust meant to me in her looking out for my best interest. Third, it was long an exhaustive search process for both of us with intermediate delays due to personal circumstances on my part to search, but I never felt abandoned. Her understanding and sincere appreciation for my situation is something I will never forget and treasure. Last, her warm and patient demeanor allowed me to consider her a friend towards the end after our business concluded. Again, something you don’t always find in today’s business environment. I look forward to someday working with Crystal again for my real estate needs and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy and dedicated Realtor.
