4 years ago I had the pleasure of working with Crystal, I was in the process of renting my property which I had never done. My brother had referred her and he had nothing but great things to say about Crystal...So that is when our business relationship started. Crystal was a tactical technician she guided me the through the whole process and provided insightful and strategic details on pricing, strategy and next steps. Within a month or less she was able to land a solid tenant. Fast forward to 2017 and we have continued that process but this time into selling that said property she had advised me on years ago. This time around it was a different game but this time I had experience and trust on my side, Crystal is a team player who will go above and beyond and will stay with you every which way throughout the sales process from start to finish. A key factor is that I do not reside in Illinois so Crystal was the "Boots on the ground" for me. Being out of town for much of the work that needed to be done to the property and get things up to par was challenging. Crystal was there every step of the way when an assist was needed. When it came time to closing there was a key item I had forgotten and without hesitation Crystal took care that needed item.

What can I say about Crystal Banks, I believe one of the main qualities that make her such a great broker is her desire to help others. Crystal went out of her way to think about my situation and what would be the advantages and disadvantages Of different apartments and neighborhoods. She took initiative to my surprise she had a secondary list of apartment and completely different neighborhoods that I've requested because she took action of putting together the list before it was even necessary. No matter what complication presented itself Crystal always maintained a positive mental attitude and suggested ways that the situation could work to my advantage. she had great self-management she was always on time she was always prepared over-prepared and always made me feel like she was an old friend showing me around trying to help me out. if you get lucky enough to grab Crystal as a broker snatch her up she will work tirelessly for your benefit and at the end of the day you'll be a lot better off because of it.

Crystal is one of the best realtors in the city! My wife and I truly were lucky to work with her. n nTo begin our first investment buy journey we started looking at numerous properties. Looking back I would estimate about 20. Crystal was attentive and kept all of our deal breakers in mind. Which when you meet with a broker is important. Our first broker seemed to show us properties that he deemed worthwhile, which is why we switched to crystal in the first place. Also Crystal's knowledge of the rental market was also a huge plus. It still astounds me that there are brokers who have no clue about rental units, yet sell properties that are multifamily. However, Crystal's expertise calmed our hesitations on buying in neighborhoods that we weren't 100% familiar with. She was there every step of the way even when she didn't need to be. She advised us and provided contacts for inspectors, mortgage brokers, and contractors for things we wanted to fix around our new home. Crystal Banks was very professional and helpful through out the whole process. Understanding the market and being informative and being able to help you with the steps needed to be taken for success!
