Crystal is an awesome realtor, I've worked with her to buy 2 properties, and to sell 2 properties. She goes out of her way to make sure everything goes as it should. When she says she goes above and beyond to make things happen, she does. The best realtor I've had the pleasure of working with.
Let’s start with Crystal was so Nice! Literally when I felt like giving up (bank stuff) she always made sure to double check and help me when I needed it! and never gave up on me … Crystals market knowledge communication and knowledge is outstanding! I would HIGHLY recommend her to ANYONE!
Let’s see….what to say and where to begin….my whole buying experience was really good to say the least. Crystal King was very amazing and patient to say the least. She pointed me in the right direction to get the whole process started. I talked with many realtors before I decided to go with Crystal and she was the only one who got back with me when I had any questions and was very informative. She definitely done her research on all the homes I looked at before picking the one I bought. She is very upfront and honest about the homes (which I appreciate). Crystal was by far very patient with my girls as they can be wild and she ever answered their questions as well as educated them on the real estate market. I could honestly go on and on about how great she was and how thorough she was with everything but then you would be reading a book. To say the least I would most definitely recommend her to anybody looking to buy their forever home. Just saying she is AWESOME!!!!!!
Crystal is amazing to work with! She was always available to talk to no matter the time of day. She worked with our crazy 3rd shift work schedule! I highly recommend using Crystal for all your realty needs!

I never had to wait on her when going to look at a house. The best part out of it all was that I gained an amazing friend. I recommend her to anyone.
We contacted Crystal based off a social media suggestion, and we definitely made an excellent decision in choosing Crystal to help us sell our home in McMinnville, Tennessee. Crystal is very professional yet extremely personable. She was always available to answer any questions and also worked hard to get our house plenty of views and showings. She also went above and beyond when we were out of town, checking on things in our absence, as well as standing in for us on closing day to sign the papers for us as we had moved out of state. If you are considering buying or selling a home in Tennessee, do not hesitate to contact Crystal. She will put 100% effort into helping you with all your real estate needs.
