What I mean by that is she was very informative, extremely flexible time wise to my hectic work schedule, and proactive to all minor and major tasks. Even when things were going side ways with our Lender. Look at the end of the day everyone is probably very helpful because they are doing it as a line of work. But I am very picky when it comes to who I like working with. Crystal is someone I will be recommending friends and family to, and hope she is available when I buy another home.
