Wow I don’t have enough amazing things to say about Crystal! It is not a buyer’s market right now and what my fiancé and I wanted was not easy to get—we asked for a double in Tremont near downtown that was basically turnkey and the right price—and Crystal got it! The key in this market right now is being responsive and FAST; if you don’t act right away the house is gone that same day. The minute I saw the house come on the market Crystal helped up put a bid contingent on the walkthrough. If she didn’t do that this house easily would have gotten taken by someone else. I’m so glad Crystal was fast and efficient. We looked at least ten houses with Crystal before we found “the one,” and she never put any weird pressure on us to buy just any old house. She understood what we wanted and respected it. Would totally recommend her services 100 percent! She’s down-to-earth and knowledgeable and is helpful after buying the house also. Not to mention, on signing day/closing day she pulled a million strings to get us the key when they wanted to delay it another weekend. She’s the bomb!
