I learned in March that I would be moving to Orlando, Florida to begin a residency program in June. As you can imagine, that is not a terribly large amount of time to have to try to find a place to live. I had known for some time that I wanted to purchase a home through the physician loan program so the next step was the find a realtor. Not being from the area, I had a family friend who is a realtor so some research and after interviewing several people, he put me into contact with Crystal Eisen. From the very beginning she was knowledgeable and responsive, and we scheduled 3 days to come down and look at houses. She converged both the houses I sent to her as well as her own recommendations into an online portal that was updated daily. When we arrived, she drove us around all day for 3 days, allowing me to see close to 40 houses. By the end of that trip we had put an offer in on a house that I’m proud to say I successfully closed on yesterday. The negotiation process was made easy with her and Adam’s expertise. Her executive assistant kept me in important emails loops and helped me to stay on track. I felt comfortable going to Crystal with any questions and could even count on a response far past normal business hours. Her husband helped us with the final walk through and closing and they make a dynamic team. I’m happy to have had them assist in my transition to Orlando and will certainly be working with them again in the future.

Crystal fought for us when we bought our new home. She guided us when we asked her to and did what we wanted her to. She is a heavy hitter and doesn’t back down from confrontation to get results for her clients. She discovered some money that we wouldn’t of received and figured out how to work it into the contact so that we were able to get every possible cent out of the deal that we could. I would recommend firing your current realtor and hiring her!
Crystal is excellent in what she does. We worked with Crystal for about 5 years in real state in Florida. The support was very good, the results of her work were great. So much had gone on in my home starting in September 2020.....I knew when I wanted to list my home and had contacted Crystal ahead of my estate sale. She bravely came to see my home while it was set up for the sale and could see thru all the stuff and tell what a good home I had and proceeded to prepare for the listing. She and Adam gave me some pointers to make my home more visible. Adam actually helped with tree trimming. I would recommend Platinum Realty for your home selling needs.
Adam & Crystal are great! We planned a move from Georgia to Sebastian Florida. We had a great recommendation from our realtor in Georgia so we reached out to Adam & Crystal. They helped us plan a visit down to Florida to look at potential new homes. They spent the entire day with us in Sebastian Florida and found us the perfect house! They were able to take care of all aspects of the sale contract and closing so we could close on our last house and move into our new Florida house in the same day! No hassles! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will tell you they go the extra mile to take care of things for you. Also when you close on a new home they gave you a big rebate check as a thank you gift. We used ours to purchase a new garage door opener, new mailbox and a few other items for our new home.

I can now write a review of Adam and Crystal from both sides of a real estate transaction. Crystal and Adam helped me sell my home in 2016 and helped my buy a home in July of this year. Crystal and Adam are both very knowledgeable of the real estate and mortgage markets. Crystal was very prompt in response to me wanting to see listings (for the first and sometimes second times). She was very adept at negotiating and was always looking out for my best interests. I had begun the mortgage process with a mortgage company when Adam suggested I look into another lender's program. I ended up going with the lender he suggested I look into. This lender had a great program and I am so thankful for the suggestion because it saved me a lot of upfront costs. Any questions I had regarding mortgages, Adam was able to answer and explain. Adam and Crystal make a great team for buyers and sellers. I would highly recommend them!
