We were extremely pleased with Crystal Coovert. She was considerate, organized and professional in all aspects of her realty business. We could not have been more happy with the results she provided. In fact, we have also listed our primary residence with her. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property!
Crystal was very professional and went above and beyond what I expected. Her knowledge and dedication is very important. She did everything to promote my condo during a difficult time for condos. Thank you 🙏 from the bottom of my heart. Sue Bryan
Crystal is absolutely the best! My mom is elderly and it was time for her to sell and move closer to my sister and I. We live 3 hours away on the east coast of Florida, so it was really important to us to deal with someone we could trust in Punta Gorda. The markets are totally different! Crystal helped very much with the market in Punta Gorda. She sent us comps to let us know how much similar homes were being sold for in the area. She was also very helpful to me finding people over there to do repairs etc. My mom and I were very pleased and grateful to have Crystal as our realtor!
Crystal did a great job selling our home. Upon meeting her we found her to be organized, approachable, respectful of our thoughts and well prepared. Her estimate of our home was spot on and it sold quickly. we were impressed with her professionalism, so much that we have given her our primary residence to sell as well. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone!
Crystal took care of minor problems inside and outside saving me a lot of time and money for not having to be there, She had a great team to work with from her office.
From the moment I met Crystal, She was very thoughtful and answered all of my questions. She worked with Me, from Day 1, and patiently helped me get things done in order to Close. She is very knowledgeable and a very sincere person to have as your Realtor.
I'm pleased how Crystal handled the sale of my lot. She was thorough and professional. She oversaw every step of the sale and was able to keep the title company in line by pointing out their errors. I would recommend her again and again. Thanks
When I informed Crystal that I would be looking for a condo she started my search before I even arrived in the town I wish to purchase my condo . I started to receive listings through my email a month before I arrived in town which was wonderful to view options of what was available . When I arrived in town she already had listings for us to go and View . I found my perfect condo immediately and Crystal was able to put in an offer work with the buyer and the condo was mine by the next day. Crystal services did not stop there ... she was there the whole time through the closing the walk-through due to the fact that I was 1500 miles away. She also helped me set up the home inspection and gave me listings of who to contact. I never would’ve been able to purchase my dream retirement place without her help. I can’t thank her enough and would highly recommend Crystal.
We have dealt with realtors before and Crystal is the best. Crystal is knowledgeable and experienced. We did a long distance transaction with her and she made it so easy. She has a eye for designing and helped with staging the property. Her write ups for the listing were fabulous. You can tell Crystal loves her job and gives her clients the best service.
