Crystal is absolutely the best! My mom is elderly and it was time for her to sell and move closer to my sister and I. We live 3 hours away on the east coast of Florida, so it was really important to us to deal with someone we could trust in Punta Gorda. The markets are totally different! Crystal helped very much with the market in Punta Gorda. She sent us comps to let us know how much similar homes were being sold for in the area. She was also very helpful to me finding people over there to do repairs etc. My mom and I were very pleased and grateful to have Crystal as our realtor!

When I informed Crystal that I would be looking for a condo she started my search before I even arrived in the town I wish to purchase my condo . I started to receive listings through my email a month before I arrived in town which was wonderful to view options of what was available . When I arrived in town she already had listings for us to go and View . I found my perfect condo immediately and Crystal was able to put in an offer work with the buyer and the condo was mine by the next day. Crystal services did not stop there ... she was there the whole time through the closing the walk-through due to the fact that I was 1500 miles away. She also helped me set up the home inspection and gave me listings of who to contact. I never would’ve been able to purchase my dream retirement place without her help.
