You can contact crystal almost any time and she’s quick to answer questions. She recommended a bank to finance our mortgage through although I think we would have went with our own bank or somewhere else if we were more knowledgeable about buying a home. I think more negotiating could have been done for our home purchase in particular. Mostly good things, there was just select few moments/hiccups where we were confused because we’d never bought a house before and didn’t know the jargon or step by step. All in all she did well. She was willing to be the middle man and communicate back and forth with the sellers and their realtor. Our process was very unique and there was a lot of problems and delays although due to no fault of Crystal’s.
