Crystal was great. She got us into 3 apartments that weren't even on the market yet, one of which we eventually bought. She was knowledgeable about the market and readily available for all our questions. We were first time sellers and she walked us through the process, got a lot of people in the door (we had a showing every other day!) talked us down from our anxieties and in the end negotiated exactly what we wanted. We have already recommended her to another friend and would use her again in future!
