When it came time to buy a new home, we knew that we wanted a broker that was familiar with the area in which we wanted to purchase. Crystal Bacon lived in the area and her insight was invaluable. She knew which roads were busy or might be used as shortcuts, and how long driving times were to schools and other important locations. We also knew that we would be spending a lot of time with the broker that we picked. It was important that we feel comfortable with them. Crystal is incredibly smart, organized, and gets shit done... but she’s also friendly and easy to get along with. We appreciated her direct approach in the interview, which held true throughout the time we were house shopping. Her perseverance combined with her friendly demeanor helped us get in to view several homes that were not quite ready to be shown yet. We had very specific criteria for our new home, and Crystal was patient and honest throughout the process. Her background in construction was handy as we looked at older homes and considered remodeling. We absolutely made the right decision in choosing Crystal!
