It was very pleasant and productive to work with Toni (Crystal) as our agent. It took about 8 months for us to find what we were looking for and we did it before our July goal. We met Crystal (Toni) as a stand in for the realtor we were supposed to meet. She explained who and why she was there, and kept apologizing for the other realtor who didn't show, and she would help us as much as she could. She had all the information on the property, she walked us through and around the whole place, answered all our questions, and made calls to double check on the answers. We told her then that we wanted her as our realtor, because she was the only one to show up for us, and had a great personality, friendly and kind, and seemed really concerned about us getting the right place to live. In our time together, we saw a lot of properties, some good, some not, but she was determined to find us the right place to call home, and she did just that. Toni worked with us for over a year to find our home here in Kennard, Tx and she was with us through the whole process, the offer, the contract, the inspections, surveys, all the way to the final signing. I don't know in your book, but in my book, that's commitment. When we left California we were not sure what kind of people that were going to meet, I would say that most are friendly and we have met a few I could call a friend, and only a few I would call a close friend, and Toni is one of the few. So if you want a realtor that's going to be there all the way, and treat you like family, then you better look for Crystal (Toni) Atkinson, the best in Texas ❤️
