Cristy was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire home buying process. Moving to the area from Upsate NY, she worked with us for months to help us find the best location to be in for my husbands work, the right school district for our children, and the perfect home for our family! She was extremely responsive to calls and messages, and also did many FaceTime walk throughs for us when we were unable to see the homes we were interested in due to being out of the area. After months of trying to get my realtor out, I found Cristy via facebook. I asked a question about home cleaners and she gave me some of her contacts, which were very helpful! We hit it off. She had all of her homework done prior to me meeting her, even with possible selling numbers. Everything went smoothly. She was always there when I needed her. She had a professional photographer and stager come in and give us pointers on what the house should look like when it went to the market. My family moved back north and she made an appointment with the attorneys early so I didn't have to come back down to SC and sign. Our house was under contract within 26 hours of listing.
