Chris was absolutely amazing as our realtor. We were in the market for a property in the midst of the real estate boom of 2021. Chris was very gracious in keeping within our budget. He took us to multiple properties. Sadly for us, each time we found one we liked, someone else bought it with cash, or some other issue arose. Chris persevered with us in spite of several of these setbacks. He found us the perfect property, and even went above and beyond to work with the seller's realtor to help us make the deal, even when there were other offers. Then, in the loan approval process the finance company got bogged down. Again, Chris did the extra and found us a new loan officer with a different finance company and they were able to expedite the loan with NO hassles. The loan went through, we got the property of our dreams, and were even able to help out the seller in the process. If we are ever in the market for another property in the Port Isabel, SPI, or Brownsville area, Chris will be the first person we call. He should be the first one you call too.
