We just bought our first home, and would definitely recommend Cristina. She provided very helpful information from the start, and explained her process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate. Super responsive, friendly, and professional. Regarding finding a house, she listened to what was important to us, and adjusted as our needs changed. When we were visiting houses she pointed out things that would need repair and provided a range of estimated costs, which was very useful for us (and showed her knowledge in the business). Once we started putting in offers, that's when the fun really started. Cristina explained strategies clearly, pulling from her experience, and kept things from feeling as though they were getting out of control. After we bought the house she provided useful tips on how to claim rekeying from our warranty and other various services. We now have a house we love, and have Cristina to thank for helping us get there!
