Cristina is highly professional, warm, and incredibly responsive. She was willing to have conversations at odd hours and to walk me through my many stupid questions. Her referrals were also great people to work with.

Cristina and her team deserve not 5 but 10 stars! As new to the area first time home buyers my wife and I needed a bit more than just "a representative" - we needed a local expert who could fight for us, guide us through the process and last but not least: someone we could trust. We did quite a bit of research and found a condo in Hancock Park. This was our dream home and we were really hoping to get it while mentally preparing ourselves for the worst. And then there was Cristina. Next thing I remember is getting the keys! Cristina, Jen, Tracie and Chris made the whole home buying process feel like a vacation on a beach. Communication is key. I used an online resource to get in touch with Cristina initially. I sent out an email at midnight and got a reply at 3AM with some questions regarding our schedules. Next morning we were touring the property. The offer was put together and submitted immediately after the tour. Just like any other condo this one had some flaws and Cristina did a fantastic job negotiating the best deal for us. Communication was exceptional. Her phone calls and emails were timely. Questions and advice were clear and straight to the point, which I sincerely appreciate. Like it was mentioned by other reviewers, we were also given an extensive list of recommended inspectors, cleaners, repair technicians etc. to choose from. The rest of it - quotes, scheduling etc. - was done on our behalf but my wife and I were constantly kept in the loop. Also, I owe Cristina and her team a big thank you for all the support we received during the Escrow process. It was a tremendous honor and a pleasure working with such a great group of true professionals!

Words cannot express the absolute satisfaction we experienced working with Cristina and her team buying our first home. We initially started out our search using the free online tools and a larger online broker company. After several failed attempts and very little feedback from our contact, we happened to run into Cristina at a showing in our area. We took a shot and could not have been happier. Even after closing, Cristina and her team have checked in on us to make sure all things have gone well. For anyone starting their home search, all I can say is that the Cristina Warfield Group is top of the mark and will not disappoint.

Cristina has gone above and beyond in helping us find and purchase our first home in Southern California. She was not only an expert in helping us negotiate the purchase, she also helped me to better understand the mortgage process and has continued to keep in touch with us after the purchase as we have had further concerns and questions. She is knowledgeable about the ENTIRE process, is a great communicator, and is the whole package. I highly recommend her and her team!

We would not have gotten our (dream) house without Cristina. She is highly competent, honest, aggressive when you need her to be, and has an incredible team. The facts that she has 20 years of experience and has studied law show. After 24 hours of knowing her I knew I could trust her to have our best interests at heart. She figured out very quickly what our needs were and knew how to ask the right questions to understand where we needed to be. She is a fierce negotiator, but one that is well-liked and trusted by other agents, a combination without which we never would have gotten a house we wanted in this competitive LA market. Other highlights: -she got us a very competitive house with several other competing offers including all-cash and closed in 22 days! Cristina got it for us (she made a video of my 2-year old frolicking around the property with music and voice-over narration). I have never heard of such a short close. -she is there when you need her, and when you think you don't but then she saves the day. -she has a team that perfectly compliments her so you have 7-day a week support as she is out with you looking - for example, they are running comps and pulling history while you are driving with her. -connections with the best in professionals - contractor, pool, gardener, designer, geologist (true story). She hooked it up for us wholeheartedly. I highly recommend Cristina, if you can get on her dance card.
