As a first time home buyer, I needed an agent who was a wealth of knowledge that was able to answer every question I came up with, and Cristina is just that! Not only did she have the answers, but she thought of all the right questions to ask that I had not yet thought of. She attended every inspection, walk through, and appointment I had and always made sure to follow up with me on pending documents and requests. She was always on time, analyzed details I may have missed, and had the patience necessary to make this a smooth transaction. She volunteered her valuable time anytime a new request popped up, and was always there to explain the nuances of the buying process to me.
