Cristina Hale

Cristina recently helped me both with buying a home in San Rafael and selling my condo in San Rafael. Needless to say, I was stressed, and Cristina walked me through each step of the process with patience and understanding. Her extensive knowledge of the Marin real estate market and the process made me feel like she was taking care of me every step of the way. She answered my no doubt hundreds of texts and phone calls promptly and efficiently. During my home purchase she was happy to take me to the home a number of times while I made my decision and never pressured me. While I was selling my condo, she helped me meet with painters, inspectors, and contractors and made the process run smoothly. Overall, she made buying and selling a home much less stressful than it would have been without her. I cannot recommend Cristina enough and if I ever buy or sell a home again there is no question that I will call Cristina first.
