Cristina did a fantastic job right off the bat! I showed her multiple listings I’d stumbled across and she set up viewings the very next day. I was impressed by how quickly she set up 4 viewings and was willing to travel across 3 different counties to show me! I ended up two that day and, being a first time homebuyer, she guided me through putting in offers. After choosing to walk away from one who wasn’t willing to negotiate, she set up 6 showings for the following day. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to dig into each property and point out pros, cons, and deal breakers at each. When I finally found my house, she went to hell and back dealing with the sellers who were an out of state company. They were terribly unresponsive but she was persistent and kept me updated through the whole process. After the inspecting, she helped me create a list to negotiate with the sellers and ended up getting the seller to do/fix everything on the list. From start to finish, the entire process of viewing homes to closing on my home took less than two months. Cristina is extremely motivated but also honest and not pushy in any way, which I appreciated as a first time homebuyer and being unsure of what I was doing. She did a great job of explained every part of the process and providing resources when needed. I know I’ll be going back to her if/when I sell my house and buy my next one!

We thought that after we went through a short sale and a bankruptcy, our hope of owning a home again was pretty much impossible.
