From the first day we met Cristina, we knew she was the person to sell our property. Her knowledge of the real estate market, the process and her resources were impressive. She made a very good first impression and her communication skills were excellent. When it came time to sell our property, we called Cristina. We have purchased and sold numerous homes during our lifetime. She made the sale of our property easy and very painless. She explained the selling process in a way that we could understand. She communicated with us on a daily basis regarding repairs, showings, completed repairs, made sure the property was pristine and negotiated a settlement. Cristina was always professional. If she was having a bad day, we never knew. Her attire was always appropriate. Every time we spoke with her, she would explain the next step in the process. Our meetings were short, precise and to the point but in a comfortable and friendly manner. We also had a difficult tenant on the property. Cristina facilitated all the communication between us, the tenant, repairmen and showings. Her resources were also amazing. They too were very knowledgeable and professional. Cristina would communicate with them so that all documents to sign were ready in a timely manner and accurate. Her attention to detail was impeccable. All documents were proofread by Cristina prior to meeting with us. Cristina heard what we had to say about selling our property in a timely manner. Once we signed a contract with her, she ran with it and never stopped. Within a week of listing the property, we had a contract! Cristina always had a smile on her face.
