As a first time home seller things were a bit overwhelming. Cristina was able to provide a lot of information on the process of selling along with pricing explanation based on the market. Cristina was a pleasure to work with. We looked at more than 10 places at least, both townhomes and single family. She was available anytime via text or email and arranged for a walkthrough either same day or next day. She even used her body as a tape measure for me at one point by laying on the floor so I could tell how wide a kitchen was! Above and beyond! ;) I was out of state when we closed and she went even further by meeting my internet guy at our new home. We have sold homes before and this was by far the best experience we have had all because of Cristina. We had already moved out of state so their was a lot of things we couldn't be there to do.
