Cristian was a great assistance to the process of me purchasing my first home. Not only did he assist me with the purchase of my home but also the first time I applied with his preferred lender I did not qualify due to credit not qualifying me so he was also able to refer me to a great credit repair company who helped me repair my credit to be ready to buy and within 3 months when I resubmitted my loan application I was approved! Cristian was with me every single step of the way even when I did not get qualified he was always positive and did not loose any hope in being patient in waiting for me to be qualified. He explained everything thoroughly and had a solution to every thing that ever came up in the transaction.
