Comprar casa da más estrés que discutir con ex novia tóxica… pero Cristian de verdad hizo que todo el proceso se sintiera mucho más suave. Siempre estaba pendiente, contestando rápido, resolviendo problemas y manteniéndome calmado cuando ya yo estaba haciendo películas en mi cabeza pensando que algo iba a salir mal. He made us aware of potential things that could happen before they happened and that help us prepare for the sale of the home and how we could negotiate better, he was on top of all the comps around the area and always had suggestions on how to move forward, we were able to secure an over asking price offer!! on this market, we had to help the buyer we some closing cost, but his knowledge made everything easier, I will recommend him to anyone that is looking to get realistic top dollar and does not want surprises on their transaction!
