Cristi started as our property manager to begin with. We were impressed with her knowledge and professional approach. She made sure all items were clarified and explained clearly. After she no longer was managing properties we kept in touch with her as we knew she would be the agent to sell our home. It was our first home my husband and I built and sold. We sold our property in Georgia this past November 2019 and we live out of state. Cristi made things easy and explained the process. She was always available to talk by phone and quickly replied to emails when we had questions. She is very professional. I would highly recommend her to any future buyer or seller! There were several external factors that made this sale a challenge and being out of state added to my anxiety. Being a first time home buyer, Cristi walked me through the process, referred me to great mortgage brokers, answered and clarified all concerns despite if they are small or big. She was definitely reachable and keeps you in the loop. Cristi definitely had my best interest in heart and made accommodations for even if it’s outside her norm. Cristi was wonderful to work with during the purchase of our new home. She was very professional, eager, and was will willing to accommodate even during these crazy times. She found our new home within the first week or so of looking and we were able to close within a month of the offer.
