Cristi L. Hernandez has built a strong reputation in the Palm Beach and Treasure Coast real estate markets since activating her license in 2002. Within the first two years of her career, she obtained her Broker’s License and her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations as well as the Certified Short Sale Professional (CSP). She is a multi-million dollar producer who has trained others to multi-million status as well. Cristi is a graduate of Florida State University and has degrees in both Interior Design and Psychology. Before becoming a Realtor®, she was an Advanced Director for Pampered Chef, and was responsible for training new consultants and teaching them personal promotion and business management. Cristi was the previous owner of Riverside Properties of the Treasure Coast. A well built team of trained and diverse agents is what Riverside Properties was all about. Her well trained and educated team joined Keller Williams of the Treasure Coast to further supersede in the Real Estate industry. After building a $450 million dollar empire in Martin County for Keller Williams, Cristi has chosen to help build the NextHome brand in South Florida with NextHome Santana Realty . For relaxation, Cristi will always heads out to the water. She loves boating and fishing with her husband and two sons, and never misses a Dolphins game.
