Having Cristen as a realtor was a blessing 🙏🏽🙏🏽. I was a first-time home buyer and from outside the US, so you can imagine how lost I was. If it wasn’t for Cristen we would have never found our dream home. She was incredible, from day 1 she organized everything, I flied to Florida and she had organized 3 full days of house hunting, and let me tell you, she didn’t stop until we found the perfect home. I learned so much from her. She thoroughly explained me (multiple times, lol) all about the process (offer, contract, inspection, survey, appraisal) I won’t lie, it was overwhelming at first but she made everything looked so easy. She was there every time we needed her making sure everything was perfect. Helping in every step of the way. Always with a smile on her face and working so hard as if this was her house. I can’t be more thankful for everything she did. Whenever we start thinking of getting our next house Cristen will definitely be our realtor. Best realtor I have met.
