The home buying process can be complicated with lots of moving parts, so it was great having someone we could trust to help us through it all. I am a first time home buyer, and Cristal made my buying experience the least stressful as possible! I told her I was just looking around and not too serious about getting a house right away, and she completely understood and told me I could take all the time I wanted to find the perfect one for me. I started looking at houses over a year ago and Cristal was there the whole time . She would email me houses/properties almost daily that matched the specifications I wanted . We did go tour several homes before I found the perfect one. Not once did I feel pressured to go forward with a house we toured. She will give you an honest professional opinion about what thinks, but will leave it up to you to decide. Once we found a home I was interested in, she went ahead and did research on similar properties and houses in similar conditions that were recently sold around that area, and then gave me her opinion on what it might be worth. After that, the offer is totally up to you. During the negotiating process, she always gave her honest opinion and recommended what would benifit myself more. She even researched and got quotes for me to replace/repair some defects on the home I was looking into. I always felt as she was on my side and not just trying to make a sale. Cristal is always working even when she's not at work. Holiday, weekend, night or day, she is always just a phone call, text, or email away. If you work an odd schedule or hours, she will work around your schedule and get in contact with you via your preferred contact method. Overall, my experience was really great for purchasing my first home. It was a lot less stressful and dreadful than what most people experience for their first time thanks to Cristal. She's good at what she does! If I ever sell, or buy another home , she will be the first person I call .

Cristal is the best! She is the most patient person ever. She really gets to know us and what we want. We would walk into a house and she would know if it was going to be something we liked or not. She doesn’t push you to buy what you don’t want. My husband and I are such procrastinators, took us for ever to get our house ready to list but she was patient with us and helped lead us to what we needed to do to sell our house.

It's been about 2 months since me and my wife have moved in our very first home and we could not be anymore happy. The process itself was seamless thanks to Cristal. Paperwork was all in place and she guided us step by step on what we needed to do. If someone were to ask me what did we like most about Cristal, we would say her communication, work ethic and being so personable. I could feel in my heart that she wasn't just all about closing the deal. She is so selfless she kept checking up on us even though she just had her baby during the closing process but that did not stop her. The lady at Escrow told me Cristal was calling her to making sure everything was in place while she was in labor. This is what you call self-sacrifice. On top of that, when the previous owners were moving out, they forgot to turn off the water and the washer machine upstairs leaked and cause minor damage to the kitchen. We still then proceeded to close anyways because the damage itself was not that bad and the restoration company said this was a very small job. About 4-5 weeks later, this company did not keep their promise and still did not finished the job. We had a big hole in our kitchen ceiling and was just a mess. It was to the point where I had to question the professionalism of this company. Had missing beers in my fridge... etc. Anyway on that note, I would not recommend that company at all. But in the end, Cristal kept checking up on us and made sure the company got the job done. And again, even though the deal with the house was already closed, she kept tabs with us to make sure we had the best experience possible. I highly recommend Cristal. She is the best realtor in the world!!!
