Crista sold our home just this past week. We lived in a rural area in Idaho which has its challenges. We ultimately sat on the market for a bit which was understandable considering the location. However, she was thorough in her market analysis of the current housing market so we were very sure she could get it done (unlike our prior agent whose only solution was to keep dropping our price). Crista is very personable, professional, and really knowledgeable in her field. We felt comfortable with her right away. She really listened to our needs and respected them. She was always there for us, especially during our closing process when things were not going so great with our buyers side of the equation. She was great with giving advice concerning the best interests of her client. Crista made our experience less stressful. Overall, she got the job done that others couldn't do, despite the challenges.
