We used Crissy when we sold our house and relocated out of state, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. This was our first time selling a house, so we had a million questions and needed plenty of advice. Crissy was always incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and spot-on with her recommendations. We took her advice, put the time into getting the house ready, and it sold as soon as it hit the market at full price. We may have gotten lucky with the timing, but Crissy definitely put us in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price. I would strongly recommend Crissy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. My mother-in-law also used Crissy when she followed us out of state and had a very similar experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

Crissy worked tirelessly with us to get our home and property ready to sell. She represented us well throughout the sale of the house/property and skillfully navigated us through some unforeseen complications. We actually netted over $100,000 more than we were anticipating with her help. I would absolutely recommend working with Crissy. No one works as hard she does.

Crissy is an amazing realtor! She has gone far above and beyond her normal tasks to ensure our home could sell In this new slower housing market. She works hard, does many extra things unasked and all with an amazing attitude. She has become a new trusted friend of our family in the process. We highly recommend her!
