Much of Cris’s business comes from repeat clients, personal referrals, and referrals from agents across the country — a reflection of the trust and relationships she has built throughout her career. She specializes in residential real estate throughout Metro Louisville and surrounding counties.
Originally relocating to Louisville years ago, Cris quickly fell in love with the city’s welcoming spirit, vibrant growth, and strong sense of community. More than two decades later, she still enjoys helping clients navigate the market as much as she did when she sold her very first home.
Outside of real estate, Cris and her husband Dennis enjoy life on their farm alongside their many rescue animals, including dogs, horses, and cats. Giving back to the community is also a big part of their lives, and they proudly support organizations including Children’s Miracle Network, Susan G. Komen Foundation, March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity, Volunteers of America, Louisville Metro Police Foundation, and local animal shelters.
