Cricket Forsey

This was our second time working with Cricket. The first time was sooooo great, we had to work with her again. Cricket always go above and beyond for us, we are so lucky to be able to work with her. We are currently located in CA but were interested in purchasing a rental property in my home state of Oregon during Covid. We weren’t able to travel to see places, so Cricket would video the listings and send the videos to us. She was available at all times to chat with us and give us her opinions on places, locations and whether it would be a great option for us. Once we found something, she handled everything for us, she even sent us the keys and put a lock box on the apartment so that workers (which she also recommended) could paint and replace the carpets. She made us feel so taken care of, I know we couldn’t have done this without her. We’ve been lucky to get a great tenant and are really happy with our purchase. Fast forward a year and a half later, and we wanted to purchase our second rental. The market had changed quite a bit in this time and things were super competitive. But Cricket always came through for us, she sent us videos right away and helped us make offers ASAP. One of the places was a fixer upper. We were pretty concerned about how much it might cost to fix up so Cricket took a contractor to go see it and give us an estimate. She is amazing. We decided against the fixer and Cricket helped us to find another apartment we are very excited about. She is wonderful to work with, she is super responsive, caring and will do everything she can (and then some) to make sure you are getting what you want. We recommend her highly and are super lucky to know such a great real estate agent!

I loved working with Cricket and the For Sale by Forsey team. They are knowledgable, hard working, and worked hard so that we got the best offer. She helped me identify which items I should update in my home to get the best offer, this knowledge really helped the selling of our home. The whole team communicates so well and I loved how they outlined the timeline for me. They told me when everything was happened and kept me posted on all updates.
