Craig provided me with excellent advice on preparing my home for sale. He explained in detail the contract issues and costs so I could plan on how much I might net on the sale. He listed the house higher than I expected and I began receiving offers immediately after the house was listed. He offered good advice on counter offers and the value of the different offers. I accepted an offer 4 days after listing and closed a month later. Craig was always available by phone and was helpful throughout the process.

Craig was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of searching for our dream home and in navigating all of the details as we headed towards closing. As we looked at homes and neighborhoods, he offered keen observations about pros and cons, and was very perceptive and responsive to our wants and needs in a new home. He was patient with our timeline and was there for us whether we were actively searching or taking a break. As we approached our closing, he stayed on top of all of the moving pieces and was in touch with the people involved in getting the deal completed. His calm, gentle, and cheerful demeanor kept us grounded during what can often be a stressful process. We give Craig our highest recommendation!

Craig was on top of things all the way through. He went above and beyond the call of duty! He did a great job! We ran into a snag with family members and Craig put us into the hands of a very capable real estate attorney, they covered all the bases :) We got it all worked out and got the home sold in time to plan my daughter's wedding!!
