Craig did a terrific job navigating us through an extremely challenging housing market. At the time we were purchasing it was very much a sellers market with properties getting multiple offers and going into contact within days of listing. Craigs knowledge of the market and local relationships allowed us to see a wider than expected selection of properties -- as well as make competitive bids. Craig was very much focused on helping me find a property that met my needs. He was particularly helpful in providing honest feedback on what tradeoffs (if any) a given property or neighborhood might have. I would recommend Craig without hesitation.

Craig Souza has been an outstanding source of expertise and was able to get me emergency-moved into a new condo in less than a week. He was able to paint a picture of the available condominiums in the city on a scale of accessibility to amenities and we were able to view several per day. He knew the answers to all the questions I asked, and we were able to quickly narrow down the search to what I was looking for specifically. I am extremely satisfied with where I landed and have been living for the last few months. I cannot imagine a better realtor. I will definitely be hiring him again !

Craig did an awesome job helping us to find our first home. He is super knowledgeable about the Austin real estate market, the home buying process, potential repairs, negotiation, etc. We couldn't have done it without him!!
