Craig was fantastic to work with. He’s incredibly personable and somehow made the entire buying and selling process actually fun. While we were out looking at another house, he happened to spot a “For Sale” sign in a yard for a home that wasn’t even listed online yet — and that ended up being the one! Thanks to his sharp eye and quick action, we got the jump on it before anyone else even knew it was available. He also helped us sell our old home for much more than we expected, which was an amazing surprise. Craig was always available (literally 24/7 — he even took calls during a Saturday evening football game!) and made sure every detail was handled smoothly. On top of all that, he was so kind to our daughter and honestly feels more like an uncle to our family now than just our realtor. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend Craig to anyone buying or selling a home!
