Craig and his family are life time residents. He knows the in’s and out’s of the area. Even though communication is not always easy in the Adirondacks, he will respond as soon as he can. If he doesn’t quickly know the answer to a question he will get you an answer soon. If I were to buy or sell again I would search him out.
