All of you who comprise The Rush Team were on point in regards to the sale of our home. Craig was definitely on the money with the numbers when it came to list price, and we never doubted our decision to use Craig. Your team was the best choice for us. Now, if only we can get him licensed in IL because I am certain we have not landed on our "forever after" home.

Craig is a high-confidence, low-pressure realtor. He is calm, extremely knowledgeable, and very accessible even though the market was crazy when I listed my house. He responded to every text promptly, he did not display any negative reactions despite a couple last-minute changes I wanted to make to the offer, and he was professional and courteous during some tense exchanges with the buyer. I greatly appreciate his professionalism, his calm demeanor, and the ease with which he handled all the details required to complete the negotiations, sale, and transfer of possession.

We worked with Craig when we moved into the area and again when we most recently moved away. We would highly recommend Craig and his team on both moves. When we moved into the area Craig and I spent a day together reviewing homes on the market. We narrowed it down to 2 or 3 homes that were very interesting. We made a few offers and didn't land one. I was working in another country and returned back home. Craig found one hit the market that he knew we would love and we bought it through Craig sight unseen. He knew what we were looking for exactly. We thoroughly enjoyed living in the home for 7 years. When it came time to sell we called Craig and he again served us very well. He helped us through the preparation process and he and his team did an amazing job marketing the home. We had 5 or 6 showings the first week and signed an offer by the following weekend of hitting the market. Craig and his team are world class and I would highly recommend them.
