One of the things that impressed me most about Craig was his ability to negotiate on my behalf and secure a great deal on my new home. We even received a significant amount off the closing. One instance where Craig really went above and beyond was when I had a last-minute conflict and couldn't make it to the final walkthrough of the property before closing.
