Im not even sure where to start with this review as Craig and Noreen both made for a very pleasant experience as a first time home buyer. My Fiancé and I were renting our home and we reached out to the owner asking if he'd be willing to sell and soon after we got a call from Craig. From the very first phone call Craig was nothing but polite and very knowledgable. He answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained everything to us to ensure we understood the process. I work nights but that was no issue for Craig; I did my best to only contact him during normal hours but even at absurd hours of the night he replied extremely quickly and was polite every single time. When Craig was unable to respond right away Noreen contacted me and explained why which she had no need to do. When the bomb cyclone moved through we lost our furnace and I contacted Craig at 10pm asking if we should call a furnace repair company and he suggested looking outside where the furnace pulls air in; sure enough there was a four foot snow drift covering it.This was a great experience from start to finish and I HIGHLY recommend them both whether you are looking to buy your first home or your tenth home. Craig and Noreen are great at what they do but more than that are great people and for that I can't speak highly enough of them.

Craig was wonderful to work with, very knowlegable about the market, kept me in the loop the whole time. Had an offer on day two of listing, made my house look amazing with the photos! A very good experience all around.
