I had 3 other realtors before meeting Craig . They all didn't call back in a timely manner and were too busy telling me what to buy rather than listening to what I wanted.Craig stayed with me through 2 deals that fell through (issues on sellers side). He even called me while he was in Colombia to help work on getting my deposit back from some shady real estate investors. But the 3rd property was a gem! I closed on a great property in Drew Park and it actually appraised $13,000 more than purchase price! Needless to say Craig is definitely the only agent I'll be using when I acquire more properties.
