Craig Johnson truly is our “Realtor for Life” but he is also like family! One of my husband’s friends referred us to Craig when we moved to MN in 2011. We were newly married with an infant and wanted to stop paying rent for something that wasn’t ours and we weren’t proud to live in. We were ready to buy our first house together! After looking at many possibilities we finally found the one that we really wanted and Craig took care of the rest! His passion to help people land in their dream home showed at every turn. He is so patient with our ignorance of the home buying process and negotiating things on our behalf behind the scenes to ensure the best outcome FOR US! That is why we didn’t hesitate to contact Craig when we were ready to upgrade to a new home 4 years later. He got right to work and sold our first home (not without complications). Again, he showed us many homes that fit the criteria that we were looking for until we found a beautiful home at an amazing price that had way more than we ever dreamed of being able to afford. Craig negotiated so much and made sure that our purchase was sound, well after the closing! We are still so happy with our home 8 years later and we love to see and hear from Craig, our family friend, who knows our story and has watched our kids grow. As a matter of fact, when our daughter decided that she would rather purchase a townhome than pay rent, guess who she contacted? Darn right…Craig Johnson! He helped her find the perfect place for her budget that had the amenities she was looking for. She purchased her first home in her 20s! Fast forward a few years and she was ready to sell and purchase a home with her fiancé. As always, Craig took care of her and she was able to sell her townhome in a timely manner allowing her to get right to starting her new life and family. The bottom line is…Craig is the best! Best family friend and definitely our “Realtor for Life”! Call him! I promise you will be thankful you did!
