As a first time home buyer I had no idea about how real estate works, on top I hear horror stories about searching for the right house for several years made us really nervous. That is when one of my co-worker who bought house through him, referred him. I would not say he is my realtor rather a guide, He helped us to get the home in couple of months at the right location and price with a great demeanor. He also helped us arrange for the inspections (got discount from the inspection company as well) of the house multiple times coordinated very closely with the seller / seller agent. It does not stop there he works with appraiser of the house, lender, contractors for some repairs, guided through the entire process of closure. Also to mention he is very knowledgeable on the bay area communities and home price. Also he professionally documented the details to the industry standard. Over all he is Incredible.
