This following review is completely true and we're not a relative. After our home wasn't selling after a year, my wife noticed a house that finally sold after it was on the market for awhile but with a different broker. She insisted we call him and find out the deal after our frustrations of not selling. After hearing his deal, we decided to go with him after our old realtor let us out of the contract. Craig is a realtor and financial broker. He takes 1% more on the commission, but invests his own money on what he thinks the house needs to sell it fast. Craig is a very confident man. At times you might wonder if this guy is for real, especially with all the dialogue other California realtors dish out. Once signing with him, he went to work, and fast eg: tree trimming, interior/exterior painting and lite decorating tips. He was ready to go, I was not as I'm in the entertainment biz and had some conflicts come up. He was patient. Here's where it gets good. After his realtor/broker open house complete with a high end caterer, (which was a bust due to a Malibu fire), he had our home in escrow with in a week. Sadly, a horrible tragedy happened to the family buying our home 3 weeks into the deal and they had to pull out. A week later, we were in escrow again, and for 5K more! You know the old saying, if its too good to be true, it ain't true. Well not with Craig. He's the real deal, honest and integrity. We have fully closed on the deal and he's taking us out to Mastro's Steak house to celebrate. A class act. His Assistant Heather in the office is a wiz with all the paper work as well. Zenith Financial & Real Estate and its CEO (Craig Jacob) and his staff are truly unbelievable. I have been building, buying and selling homes for over 30 years. I decided to build my last property which was a custom Estate in Lake Malibu. Mr. Jacob hosted a Luxury Broker’s open which was fully catered, with servers, live music and delicious food and he even had a monthly cleaning service and landscape service maintain the property until he got it sold. After only 92 days with Zenith Financial & Real Estate Mr. Jacob SOLD my property for full asking price $2.3mm I was beyond impressed and excited as this was $500k higher than I thought I would be able to receive for my property. I highly and sincerely recommend Zenith Financial & Real Estate. I cannot stress enough If you want to deal with the REAL DEAL the full package, a true professional and a man of his word who will not only get your residence sold, he will advise you on what is needed to get “Top Dollar” for your property and he has the resources and crew to get it all done and make it all happen seamlessly. I will never use anyone for my Real Estate needs besides Zenith Financial & Real Estate and Mr. Jacob because he is truly impressive and his words match his actions.

Experience with Craig and his staff is Wonderful and Hastle free dealing. I appreciated their support during entire escrow proecess. At one point I am thinking to back out from purchase due to increase in monthly payment when we are going for counter offer, but Craig explained so well and make me understand purchase vs renting.. that makes sense to me and proceeded further and became home owner now. This Credit goes to Craig and his staff especially Heather. This will show their commitment to the customers who want to fulfill their dreams to become home owner. I will refer Craig to my friends.
