Sold our home in Costa Rica with legalities there that didn’t let us get serious about Florida until a month before we had to give possession AND find a home. Spent 2 days working the short list Craig had worked me down to electronically for me to see in person on a quick trip. Had to find, buy & close with money transfers among 3 states to arrive landed for possession here 3 days before Christmas. Craig guided all the way making me feel like a friend as much as a customer.
